Choreography and Sequencing
Prerequisite: Current Intermediate or Advanced Silks StudentOnce you are comfortable staying on the fabric for longer periods of time, you will learn how to link and perform multiple skills in a row in the air. You will learn choreographed routines from instructors as well as how to develop your own personal style in the air. Over the course of 12 weeks, the class alternates between 6 weeks of learning a pre-choreographed routine to a specific song and 6 weeks of exploring and practicing more free-style sequencing and unique transitions.Lyra
Lyra, or Aerial Hoop, is an acrobatic discipline composed of poses and movement sequences performed on a steel hoop suspended at chest to shoulder height.

Aerial Hammock
Aerial Hammock is an acrobatic discipline composed of poses and movement sequences performed on soft, vertically hanging fabric in a U-shape. The bottom of the U-shaped Hammock hangs at chest to shoulder height, different from Aerial Yoga (see Aerial Yoga).
